Luke was born and raised in Haddonfield, New Jersey, where he attended Haddonfield Memorial High School. Luke graduated from University of Delaware in 2016 where he received a Bachelor of Science in finance. Luke earned a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 2020, where he was a senior editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy. During law school, Luke interned at the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, First Judicial District in Pennsylvania; Glenmede Trust Company; and Citrin Cooperman & Company. Luke is admitted to the New Jersey bar.
