Eugene Huang was born in Montclair, New Jersey. He is a graduate of the Lawrenceville School; Boston College, where he graduated magna cum laude; and the New York University School of Law.

 

Eugene has been practicing with Wiley Malehorn Sirota & Raynes since his admission to the Bar of the State of New Jersey in 1995. He became a partner of the firm in 2001. Eugene was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 1998.

 

Eugene's practice includes business law, commercial transactional law, estate planning and administration, and real estate. He has given seminars in the areas of estate planning, guardianship and employment law.

 

Eugene is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey. He is a past President of Preschool Advantage, a non-profit organization that enables 3 and 4 year olds from working families to attend great local preschools. Eugene is also a past president of the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey and a past chair of the IOLTA fund of the State of New Jersey.

 

From 2011 through 2023, Eugene was included on the Super Lawyers list by Super Lawyers magazine¹. He was also included on the Super Lawyer Rising Star list from 2006 through 2010. In 2007, Eugene was recognized by the New Jersey Law Journal's editorial board as being one of New Jersey's "40 under 40" lawyers. Eugene received a 2007 Professional Lawyer of the Year award from the New Jersey Commission on Professionalism in the Law. He was named in the New Jersey Law Journal's 2005 list of the top 50 leading minority and women attorneys in the State of New Jersey.

 

Eugene lives in Morris County with his wife, two daughters, and son.
